Gardens and Parks
Parks and gardens hold a particular charm for many people. We provide an overview of some of the most beautiful and important ones, which belong to the Northern Hessian route of the European Garden Heritage Network (EGHN).
The various gardens and parks bribe with their variety, the representation of different garden styles and their individual quality. From the old monastery or castle garden over the great baroque park to new spa gardens, the region has a manifold variety, which reflects the historic heritage of the former capital Kassel, as well as the influence of modern spas.
All gardens and parks of the EGHN-route Northern Hesse are presented on the website of Northern Hesse – home of the Grimm Brothers.
