Allow yourself a time off and visit us in the Weser Spa at Bad Karlshafen.

Take the time to unwind

Take a bath in the healing thermal salt water. Enjoy the three indoor pools with a water temperature of 33 to 36 °C and various salt concentrations. In our outdoor pools with a salt concentration of 12 %, you will feel like being in the Dead Sea. Four whirlpools invite you to relax.

Enjoying the warmth – our sauna world

Sauna-lovers and all the ones who would like to be it can choose daily between up to 15 different scents. Five different saunas wait for you: the major “Dr.-Eisenbart”-Sauna with 105 °C is exactly the right thing for absolute sauna-professionals, the “Sleeping Beauty”- and the “Hildegard of Bingen”-Sauna with 80 °C, the “lemon”-Sauna with 85 °C and the gentle “Saba-mild”-Sauna with 60 °C promise pure variety.

Two steam baths with 46 °C and 48 °C, an Ottoman hamam, a whirlpool and a 3-% indoor and outdoor pool round off the offer.

The sauna open-air area, which is located beautifully directly adjacent to the Weser River, features a eucalyptus-sauna with 80 °C, a salt-sauna with 90 °C, as well as our boat-sauna “Hot Hessian” on the Weser River. Let the heat be put on you during a light swell and enjoy pure romance.

Wellness and massage

Of course, our special holiday and relaxation ambience also features a large wellness and massage area, as well as a cosmetics department.

Source of health – the graduation tower

For more than two centuries, the salt water source has played an important role at Bad Karlshafen. The more than 30 metres long and 8 metres high graduation tower consists of roughly 2.000 bunches of blackthorn-brushwood. Over 480 square metres, the salt water is dispersed through the brushwood and can be taken up over nose, mouth, and skin. The healing power of Bad Karlshafen’s salt water is particularly recommendable for asthma, rheumatism, sciatica, and bronchitis.
